Everything you need to know before we create together — kept simple, like flowers should be.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures all custom bouquet orders and Bloom Bar bookings.

Your order or event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received.

How to Order

✿Browse the Bouquets page and choose a starting style — or start a fully custom order from scratch.
✿Tell me your size, colors, flower preferences, pickup or delivery, and the date you need it.
✿I'll reply within 48 hours to confirm availability, finalize your design, and send deposit instructions.
✿Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved and we're in bloom.

✿Each bouquet is custom-made, so pricing varies based on bouquet size/stem count, flower selection, customization, and seasonal availability. Please submit a bouquet inquiry with your preferences and budget to receive pricing for your specific order.
✿Bloom Bar pricing varies by guest count, setup, and travel. You'll receive a personalized quote within 48 hours of your inquiry.
✿Every quote is all-inclusive — no surprise fees. Delivery (when selected) is quoted based on distance.

✿A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom bouquet orders and Bloom Bar bookings.
✿Your order or event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received.
✿The remaining balance is due on or before delivery / setup. I'll send a friendly reminder as your date approaches.
✿Accepted payment methods will be shared in your confirmation email.

✿Pickup is available in Lakeland, Florida. The exact pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
✿Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location and distance. Delivery details and fees will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
✿Bloom Bar setups include local travel within a set radius; events outside the area may include a travel fee.
✿Please have someone available to receive flowers at the agreed time — I want them to arrive as fresh as they left.

✿All custom bouquet orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
✿Because every bouquet is custom-made, I need at least 3–5 days' notice for bouquet orders whenever possible. Rush requests may carry an additional fee.
✿Designs are guided by seasonal availability. If a specific flower isn't available, I'll substitute with something equally beautiful in the same palette.
✿Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

✿All Bloom Bar bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your event date.
✿An event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received.
✿Please book at least 2 weeks in advance so I can source the best blooms for your gathering.
✿Final guest count is confirmed 7 days before the event; the remaining balance is due by the event date.
✿If your event is outdoors, a covered or shaded area is requested to keep the flowers happy. A rain plan is always a good idea.
